Company: SGI Global / Sahal Global Institute
This Software License Agreement explains the license terms for using the SGI Tracking Solutions mobile application, web platform, client dashboard, admin dashboard, software modules, APIs, and related digital services.
By installing, accessing, or using SGI Tracking Solutions, you agree to this Software License Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SGI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SGI Tracking Solutions for authorized fleet tracking, vehicle management, GPS monitoring, reporting, billing, and related business purposes.
This license is for use only by authorized users and clients with valid access rights.
2. License Type
This is a software-as-a-service and application access license. You are not purchasing ownership of the software. You are receiving permission to use the software according to your subscription plan, business agreement, or authorized account access.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the software to:
Manage authorized company vehicles
View live GPS tracking
Review trip history and route playback
Manage drivers and GPS devices
Receive alerts
Generate reports
Manage subscriptions, invoices, and support tickets
Perform approved fleet-management activities
4. Restrictions
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the software
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially resell access without SGI approval
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Modify the software without permission
Remove SGI branding, copyright notices, or proprietary labels
Access another company’s data
Use the software for unlawful surveillance or unauthorized tracking
Build a competing product using SGI software, design, database structure, or confidential materials
Interfere with the platform’s security, servers, APIs, or network
Use automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized integrations
5. Ownership
SGI Global / Sahal Global Institute owns all rights, title, and interest in the SGI Tracking Solutions software, platform design, source code, database structure, dashboards, reports, workflows, branding, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for third-party components used under their respective licenses.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user or client.
6. Third-Party Components
The software may use third-party technologies, libraries, maps, hosting services, notification services, payment services, APIs, or open-source components. Such components may be subject to separate licenses and terms.
SGI remains responsible for providing the SGI Tracking Solutions service, but third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Updates and Modifications
SGI may update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue software features from time to time. Updates may include:
Security patches
Bug fixes
New features
Performance improvements
Interface changes
Compatibility updates
Subscription or billing changes
Some features may require an active subscription, compatible device, supported network, or updated app version.
8. Mobile App Store Terms
If the app is downloaded from Google Play or another app store, your use of the app may also be subject to that store’s terms and policies.
SGI is responsible for the app and service, not the app store provider, except as required by applicable app store rules.
9. Account Access and License Termination
Your license continues while your account is active and you comply with this Agreement and all applicable terms.
SGI may suspend or terminate your license if:
Your subscription expires
Payment is overdue
You violate this Agreement
You misuse the platform
You attempt unauthorized access
You breach a service agreement
You use the software for illegal purposes
Security risks are detected
Upon termination, you must stop using the software and may lose access to the platform, dashboard, reports, and related services.
10. No Warranty
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SGI does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every business requirement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.
